Dune: Part Three Final Trailer: Paul Atreides Faces the End

Trailer Drop · Final Trailer · 27 October 2026

Warner Bros. has released the final trailer for Dune: Part Three, the last chapter of Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi trilogy, with Timothée Chalamet back as Paul Atreides and Zendaya as Chani. The epic opens in UK cinemas and IMAX on Friday 18 December 2026.

Paul Atreides, Emperor

Based on Frank Herbert’s Dune Messiah, the film is set nearly two decades after Paul seized control of the Imperium. Now a ruthless Emperor, he has to face the consequences of his reign as old allies return, new threats emerge and betrayal lurks in every shadow. Haunted by visions of Imperial collapse and the return of his long-lost love, Paul is drawn into a sweeping conspiracy, with Chani at the heart of it.

The new trailer runs just under three minutes and goes bigger and stranger than anything we have seen so far, hinting at the weirder corners of Herbert’s universe. Warner Bros. teased it on Monday with a short “Final Trailer Tomorrow” spot, and released a batch of new posters alongside it.

Tickets went on general sale around the world last week, as we reported in our Horror and Sci-Fi Brief, and the trailer arrives as part of a crowded December that we track in this week’s Trailer Radar. For everything else coming to UK cinemas this winter, see our UK Release Calendar.
